• Worst service, attitude and rhude employees. They also don't communicate with each other
• Rhude managers who don't rely what they have set up. Personnel not only do not act profession, they don't dress that way either on service calls. They set times up for delivers & pick-ups, but don't bother to let you know if there is a change in such. When you call to ask them about it, it's never their faults, or they put you on hold and you go through several employee's, and then they have an attitude about it. We have caught several of the "managers" or whoever in lies about things we have called that needed service. They a few weeks ago came to pick up a frig that the motor or something burnt out on, we lost all that we had in there. They brought us a "loaner", but the 2 deliver people neglected to bring a dolly to load & unload with. Not only that, but the beat the crap out of both frigs getting them in & out, drug them both through our neighbors yard. While they were waiting for a return call from the service department, the one employee plopped down on our furniture, the other stood and chewed on a straw. Neither were dressed approperatley or professional (shorts that looked dirty and too big, t-shirts that didn't have Aaron's on them). We called to have things picked up last week, and were told they couldn't get here till Tuesday (8/18). A certain "manager" added a late charge to our account without our permission, and said she could/would do that. The bank would not let her, which she had no right to attempt to do in the 1st place. We are going to keep 1 item that we leased through them, only for the simple fact that we owe 2 more payments on it. I can guarentee, after that, we will not shop there again. (mike&deb, 08/18/2009)
